A Frontier flight out of Nashville turned into a morning nightmare after a passenger allegedly made a fake bomb threat – and the whole scene was caught on video.
Flight 1783 was supposed to leave Nashville at 7:30 a.m. on Sept. 23, but it didn’t take off until 10:21 a.m. A passenger reportedly told crew there was an explosive device on board, so police were called and she was escorted off the plane. Out of caution, everyone else had to step off while officers swept the aircraft. After the check, the threat was ruled not credible and passengers reboarded; the plane later flew safely to Denver, more than two hours behind schedule.

A TikTok clip from someone on the flight shows a uniformed officer grabbing the woman by the arm and pulling her toward the aisle. In the footage the woman can be heard saying, “It’s gonna explode.” According to an arrest affidavit cited by The Denver Post, flight attendants said she had been too drunk to fly and had refused repeated requests to leave the plane, allegedly shouting, “I have a f— bomb, so nobody is going anywhere.”

The 35-year-old woman was arrested and faces multiple charges: public intoxication, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and making a false report. Court records show she’s set to appear in court on Nov. 7.
This isn’t the only recent rowdy airline moment. Earlier in the month, police dragged a drunken passenger off a flight in Manchester, U.K., after he reportedly refused to fasten his seatbelt. Video from that incident showed officers hauling the man down the aisle as the plane’s departure was delayed.
Airline travel can already be stressful -and incidents like these only add to the chaos and the cost for fellow passengers.
